Sleep Diagnostic and Treatment Center

Founded in 2016, this center is a sub-specialty of Behavioral Medicine, a Zhejiang Provincial Key Discipline. The center focuses on the “integrated psychosomatic therapy model” for acute and short-term inpatients, emphasizing “institutional psychotherapy” and humanistic care, which was built on the foundation of traditional biological treatment. The center has a professional team of psychiatrists and senior psychotherapists who have be trained in the “Sino-German Psychoanalytic Therapist Continuous Training Program” jointly organized by German-Sino Psychotherapy Institute and Shanghai Mental Health Center. With a dual clinical view of medicine and psychology, the team provides clients with individualized and high-quality comprehensive treatment.

Services include: systematic diagnosis and treatment for sleep problems and sleep disorders with various causes, such as insomnia with mood disorder, anxiety disorder or psychiatric disorder; guidance for sleep health and counseling for other related issues.
