To provide medical students with more hands-on opportunities after learning their theories and in-depth understanding about medical work, and to better train medical professional in mental health for China, Kangning adopts flexible and diversified strategies to recruit, retain and utilize talents, and strives to build a "teaching base in the hospital". A medical teaching team has been formed consisting of 17 with chief physician titles, 22 associate chief physician, and 58 attending doctors. Kangning plans to build a stable and efficient tertiary medical talent echelon with reasonable structure and effective talent allocation.
