The introduction of appropriate TCM techniques is a key strategy in adapting to the evolving demands of the modern era and meeting patients' needs. Recognizing the high value of these techniques, The Affiliated Kangning Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University acted swiftly to implement this training. The program has proven to be an effective public education initiative, covering the fundamental theories of TCM, its dialectical care philosophy, and health education practices.
