Kangning has always been dedicated to the development of its talents for different levels of leadership. On March 20, Kangning held a graduation ceremony for those who completed the 2023 leadership pipeline program and an inaugural ceremony for the 2024 program. Top leadership at the event included WANG Lianyue, President of The Affiliated Kangning Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University; XU Xiaojun, Executive VP; LV Wei, Vice President; HOU Xianqin and LI Qin, Assistants to the President.

President Wang stated that with the rapid development of the medical industry and the continuous growth of Kangning, the requirements for executives are becoming increasingly high. Kangning values the development of its talents team. The leadership pipeline program not only provides an opportunity to select and train a group of young leaders with the potentials, it has also become an important part of Kangning’s overall development strategy. Kangning will continue its endeavor in growing these young leaders and in building the training mechanism and bringing more vitality to empower its long-term development.

Four graduates who successfully completed the program shared their accomplishments and experiences. XU Xiaojun presented them with graduation certificates.

A contest followed with seven contestants who went through multiple steps including self-introduction, knowledge and skills, spontaneous exam, situational challenges, and cultural practices. Throughout this process, they demonstrated excellent skills and spirit as future leaders.
