The 2nd Administrative Personnel Management Training Program has just been completed at Kangning. Topics of the training include photography, video edit, news edit and design, team building, crisis management, and service quality. Results of the training programs would help increase the professional and managerial of administrative personnel, raise brand awareness, and enhance the level of management services.
For its subsidiaries, Kangning provided training on medical systems, medical laws and medical insurance management. Specific topics included medical system, medical insurance management, "Mental Health Law," "Physicians Law," the "Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant laws and regulations. These training programs will lead to higher level of medical safety, as well as more standardized medical behaviors.
