Today, Wenzhou Kangning Hospital Group held the inaugural ceremony for the 2023 annual initiative themed  "Double Caring: Caring for Patients Starts with Me, Caring for Employees with Heart". All subsidiaries in the network participated either online or offline. At the meeting, they shared their experiences, exchanged ideas, took on their mission and got ready for a complete rollout.

Since 2018, Wenzhou Kangning has been hosting its annual "Care Month" initiative. The past five years witnessed adoption of valuable recommendations, optimization of management processes, and implementation of community benefit initiatives. These endeavors have successfully strengthened staff cohesion and a sense of belonging, improved service quality and patient satisfaction, and fostered the sustainable and healthy development of the Kanging network.
