Wenzhou Kangning Hospital will use this land to build a Class III Specialized Psychiatric Hospital with the functions and service capabilities of a medical center for the southwestern region of Zhejiang , focusing on mental health and elderly care. It will provide comprehensive mental health and elderly care services for patients in Longquan City and surrounding counties and cities.
