Mr. Xu joined Kangning Hospital Group in 2002 and served previously as the head of General Affairs Department and Vice President of Wenzhou Kangning Hospital. He is currently the Vice President of Kangning Hospital Group, responsible for equipment management and logistics.
From 1999 to 2002, he taught at Wenzhou Municipal Party School.
In 2005, he graduated from Beijing Vocational College of Economics and Management and obtained a college degree in art design.

Ms. Zhang joined Kangning Hospital Group in 2004 and served previously as the head of the Nursing Department, Director of Science and Education Department and Outpatient Department, and Vice President of Wenzhou Kangning Hospital. She is currently the Vice President of Kangning Hospital Group and is responsible for nursing management.
From 1993 to 2004, she worked in the Fifth People's Hospital of Yueqing City and served as the Head Nurse of the Emergency Department and the head of the Nursing Department.
She graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2005 and obtained a bachelor's degree in nursing through distance education. In 2013, she was accredited as chief superintendent nurse.

Mr. Wang joined Kangning Hospital Group in 2014 and has served as the secretary of the Board of Directors since then, responsible for handling board related affairs and IPO financing.
From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Wang worked in the Public Company Oversight Division，China Securities Regulatory Commission's Xiamen Regulatory Bureau; from 2008 to 2009, he worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young; from 2005 to 2008, he worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In 2005, he graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University with a bachelor's degree in management; in 2010, he was accredited as a Chinese CPA and in 2014 he received his Certificate of Legal Professional Qualification from the Ministry of Justice.

Mr. Jin joined the company in May 2015 and served as the Vice President of Shenzhen Yining Hospital. He became the Director of Investment in May 2017 and Vice President of Kangning Hospital Group in November 2018.
From August 1987 to April 2015, Mr. Jin worked in Wenzhou Municipal Health Bureau.
He graduated from the Correspondence College of the Central Party School in December 1997, majoring in economic management; in August 2002, he completed his postgraduate training in regional economics at Zhejiang Normal University; in November 2003, he completed the training in Australian health administration (medical quality management) ; and in November 2004, he completed his training in the public management at Zhejiang University.
